  • Product must be unopened, unused, and in original condition.
  • Opened products are not eligible for refund unless approved on a case-by-case basis.
  • Must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Requests beyond 30 days are not eligible.

In the event of a shipping related issue (such as delay, misdelivery, or loss) Prime Source Peptide can reship your package 7 business days after the original scheduled delivery date, and once we receive confirmation from the shipping carrier regarding the status of your original order. We appreciate your understanding as we work with our shipping partners to ensure your order arrives as quickly and securely as possible. 

  • Orders can be modified or canceled within 30 minutes of purchase.
  • After 30 minutes or once shipped, orders cannot be changed or canceled.

  • We are happy to assist with filing a claim but are not liable for lost or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed.
